The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of the commercial team, taking ownership of all QS responsibilities across a portfolio of planned maintenance projects. These works include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and external decorations — all within an occupied social housing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full commercial lifecycle from tender through to final account
- Manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, and cost reporting
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Support and mentor junior surveyors as the team expands
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and framework KPIs
