Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team carrying out liaison pre‑commencement works around Manchester, Oldham and some sites in Merseyside.

  • Hourly Rate: £18.59 (Umbrella Rate) or £14.09 basic plus £1.70 holiday pay
  • Contract Type: Umbrella PAYE or PAYE
  • Duration: Initially 17 weeks, guaranteed potential for extension

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with residents in K&B schemes for housing stock in a similar role for planned refurbishment works
