About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Fire door carpenters to join our client's passive fire teams, focusing on either remedials or installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of remedials on fire doors in domestic tenanted and void properties, and also communal areas in tower blocks across the City.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties.
- Complete necessary remedial works in line with company H&S Policies and ensuring they are compliant to regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
Requirements:
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade.
- Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Awareness of fire regulation within carpentry & fire doors.
