Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join our client’s reactive maintenance team covering the Kingston area.
You will be carrying out day-to-day roofing repairs and maintenance on occupied domestic properties , delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service within social housing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs on occupied properties
Work on pitched and flat roofs (repairs, patching, minor renewals)
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
Complete job updates and reports as required
Requirements
Proven experience in domestic / social housing / council property roofing repairs
Strong customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
Experience carrying out associated minor repairs (advantageous)
