Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer – MobileSalary: Up to £65,000 Basic Van & Fuel Card Location: Holborn, Richmond & Ascot Sector: Facilities Management High-End Residential The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious high-end residential contract covering properties in Holborn, Richmond and Ascot. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance services within premium residential environments. Due to the nature of the contract, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to deliver a first-class service to residents and clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of residential properties. Diagnose and resolve faults across multiple building services systems. Undertake maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, gas systems, boilers, air conditioning and electrical services. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate service records, reports and maintenance documentation. Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues, maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial works to maintain the reliability of building systems. Essential Requirements Valid Gas Safe registration/qualification. F-Gas qualification. Minimum Level 2 qualification in at least one relevant trade, such as HVAC, gas, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning. Strong multi-skilled maintenance experience within a commercial or residential facilities management environment. Full, clean UK driving licence. Clean DBS check. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently across multiple sites. What's on Offer? Basic salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience. Company van and fuel card provided. Mobile role covering Holborn, Richmond and Ascot.
