Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment – from executive to operative level. We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a labourer / maintenance assistant based in Richmond.
Day to Day for labourer:
- Working alongside other tradesman (plumbers / carpenters) helping to assist on reactive maintenance jobs in domestic council properties.
- Supporting operatives by collecting materials and helping with general workload.
- Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
- Using a PDA.
36 hours per week Monday to Friday
