I am looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a housing association in Gloucestershire. This is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months.

Daily Responsibilities for the Resident Liaison Officer:

Correspond with tenants daily to deal with any complaints/enquiries
Liaise with residents regarding when tradesmen will require to go in and out of the property
Report back to management regarding anything that requires action

Requirements:

Experience in the role of RLO/TLO (Required)
Own vehicle to commute to site daily (Preferred)
DBS Check
Experience working within a social housing xiskglj setting and on Retrofit projects
