A full-time temporary Planner / Scheduler is required to join a busy maintenance and repair service team. The role involves handling tenant enquiries, scheduling repairs, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from tenants regarding maintenance and repairs
  • Raise and log repair requests
  • Prioritise repairs based on urgency, trade, and location
  • Manage operative diaries and coordinate daily workloads
  • Follow up with operatives to ensure timely job completion
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, operatives, and clients regarding repair updates
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the relevant systems
  • Assist in arranging pre- and post-repair inspections for supervisors
  • Provide general administrative support to the service team
  • Handle customer complaints and aim for satisfactory resolutions
  • Perform other duties as required to support the business
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a call centre environment
  • Background in customer service
  • Confident handling telephone enquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
