Repairs Planner / Admin (Temp to Perm)
Location: Harrow, HA3 7RR
Hours: 40 hours per week
Office requirement: 1-2 day per week in office (the rest remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Repairs Planner / Administrator to join our growing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will support planning and administrative operations — coordinating appointments, tracking visits and completions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
You will be key to ensuring operational efficiency and helping our teams deliver high-quality service across projects.
Repairs Planner Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to ensure adherence to deadlines
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep all parties updated
Regular communication via email and telephone
Maintain and update project schedules and plans (e.g. via Microsoft Project or similar)
Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, record keeping, documentation)
Identify risks or delays and escalate or resolve proactively
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1 years’ relevant planning experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
Strong organisational, analytical and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
