  • Manage all aspects of repair jobs, from initial scoping to completion, ensuring client specifications are met, and work is carried out safely.
  • Attend validation inspections and accurately scope works.
  • Utilise the Total Mobile Dashboard to manage job workflow, respond to client inquiries, and record job notes accurately.
  • Conduct safety inspections and enforce site safety regulations.
  • Create and review Health and Safety Files prior to project commencement.
  • Anticipate and resolve problems, minimising risks by strictly adhering to health and safety policies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of cyclical workstreams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with supply chain delivery models.
  • Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and effectively prioritise workload.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
