The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established property maintenance contractor, working on social housing contracts across the West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, time-served Roofer looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You will be working as part of a team, carrying out full roof replacements on council-owned properties across the region.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing full roof replacements on social housing and council properties.
- Carrying out roofing works to a high standard, ensuring quality and safety at all times.
- Working collaboratively as part of a roofing team across various sites.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a professional approach when working on occupied and unoccupied properties.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous roofing experience & trade qualification.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining health and safety standards.
