Hours:Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Rate:£19.77per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seekinga Painterto join our client’s'damp & mould maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic/social housing settings

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties
-
Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting
-
Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
