Specialising in the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects across the Midlands and the South of England, this contractor has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and innovation — and they are now looking for the right person to grow with them as they continue their success story.
The Role: Managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple EWI projects from tender through to final account; preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports; monitoring budgets, forecasts and cash flow; building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors; supporting the senior leadership team with strategic growth plans.
About You: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction or façade/insulation sectors; a construction-related degree or other relevant construction qualification would be advantageous; strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused approach; excellent communication and negotiation skills; full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites in the Midlands and South.
