We’re proud to be working with a reputable and rapidly growing contractor based in Milton Keynes, who are seeking an ambitious QS to join their expanding commercial team. Specialising in the delivery of External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects across the Midlands and the South of England, this contractor has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and innovation — and they are now looking for the right person to grow with them as they continue their success story.
The Role: Managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple EWI projects from tender through to final account; preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports; monitoring budgets, forecasts and cash flow; building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors; supporting the senior leadership team with strategic growth plans.
About You: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction or façade/insulation sectors; a construction-related degree or other relevant construction qualification would be advantageous; strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused approach; excellent communication and negotiation skills; full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites in the Midlands and South.
