Project Director – Energy Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and grow a key division within a dynamic infrastructure services company. This role involves strategic leadership, P&L responsibility, and team management to drive sustainable, profitable growth in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and financial performance
2. Develop client relationships and oversee key accounts
3. Manage and mentor contract and project managers
4. Champion health, safety, and quality across all operations
5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven leadership experience in utilities or infrastructure
2. Strong commercial acumen with P&L management expertise
3. Background in high-pressure gas or large-scale projects preferred
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
