Job Title: Project Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Redditch, B97
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week (office based)
Pay Rate: £16.22 per hour (paid weekly)
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential to progress into a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys working with both clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Contacting clients via telephone to arrange and confirm survey appointments
- Managing schedules and updating internal systems with appointment details
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery
- Liaising with internal teams to maintain accurate records and communication
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What We\’re Looking For
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems (Microsoft Office and similar software)

- Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable
