This role will start off temporary for 12 weeks through us as the agency, then transition into a permanent role directly with the client, a well-known maintenance contractor.

Job role:

The position involves working on a responsive repairs contract for social housing, hospitals, schools, etc., in and around the North Devon area.

Multiskilled Requirements:

  • Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience
  • External repairs and maintenance
  • Polite and experienced in working with customers
  • Plumbing as a core trade
  • Competent in all trades maintenance work, including minor carpentry, painting, tiling, etc.
  • Willing to travel to various jobs in a work van
  • DBS check will be carried out before starting
  • Full UK driving license essential
  • 40-hour work weeks
  • Good package
