The Role:
- Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary
- Plumbing Maintenance: Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
- Wet Trades: Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
- Carpentry Maintenance: Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
Skills & Experience:
- NVQ Plumbing (Preferred)
- Full UK Drivers License
- 2+ Years property maintenance experience
- Ability to be self-efficient
