Plumber – Woking – Permanent Position
Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment. We specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales, with offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest. We are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for a plumber based in Woking.

- Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
- Providing good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants

Requirements / Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have experience as a plumber or in related multi-trade or maintenance roles. Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties or council properties is preferred (including roles such as unvented plumber, plumber multi trader, maintenance operative, multi-skilled operative, carpentry/joinery, UPVC trade, plastering, bricklaying and related trades).
