Plasterer Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: East London & Kent
Salary: £38,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs & maintenance contract covering East London and Kent .
This is a long-term, stable position working on occupied and void properties, completing day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
The Role:
Carrying out plastering works including patching, skimming and making good
Completing multi-trade tasks (basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.)
Working within social housing properties
Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering
Previous experience within social housing
Ability to carry out multi-trade maintenance works
Own tools required
Full UK driving licence
Package:
£38,000 salary
Company van & fuel card
Long-term, secure employment
