My client, a reputable construction firm based near Redruth, is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and fun individual to join their Plant Team. The role will require someone who has at least 2 years of administration experience as well as ideally experience in either the construction industry or a fleet/logistics department.
Duties will include the following:
- Booking in vans for MOTs, services and repair work
- Logging orders on our database
- Collating van/machine check sheets and recording information
- Dealing with new van deliveries
- Organising sign writing, trackers and fuel cards for new vans
- Keeping a database of our van list/drivers
- Driving licence checks/new starters are ok to drive
- Vehicle taxes
- Van and plant filing
- Tamar tags and Tamar tag top ups
- Assisting with lifting equipment testing administration
- Assisting with small tool calibration administration
