I m working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint a Planned Works Manager to oversee the delivery of a long-term planned maintenance contract across the Evesham area.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy contract, managing operational delivery from start to finish.
You ll lead site teams and subcontractors, build strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
You ll be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day delivery of planned works.
Leading Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
Ensuring quality, programme and H re looking for: Experience managing planned works contracts within Social Housing.
Strong operational and people management skills.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
