Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Painter Decorator or Damp and Mould Operative for domestic maintenance work covering Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
The Painter Decorator will be a van-mobile operative, provided with a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Working hours are from 08:00AM to 17:00PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the Painter Decorator:
- Work on domestic properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants
- Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating
- Prepare surfaces by stripping old paint, filling holes, sanding, and priming
- Perform damp detection, mould washing, area treatment, and re-painting
About you as the Painter Decorator:
- Experienced Painter Decorator or Damp and Mould Operative
- Full UK Driving Licence
