Damp & Mould Operative / Painter – £20.50 CIS Van & Fuel Card Provided Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across South Job Details: Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Ongoing Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ( Half hour break) Benefits: Company van and fuel card providedResponsibilities: Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing properties Carry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasks Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheetsRequirements: Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing Full UK driving licence (essential) Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary) Valid CSCS card (preferred) Strong communication skills and customer service approachTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed) or contact Loarda on (phone number removed) directly for more information
