The Role:
We’re looking for an experiencedPainter & Decorator / Multi Traderto carry outdamp and mould repair worksacross social housing properties inEaling.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and redecorating affected areas, carrying out minor repairs, and completing basic electrical works where required (such as replacing sockets, switches, or light fittings). The work is ongoing, with consistent hours and the opportunity for long-term placements for the right person.
Duties Include:

Preparing and redecorating walls and ceilings affected by damp or mould

Carrying out minor plaster patch repairs

Basic electrical work (sockets, switches, fittings)

Minor carpentry and general multi-trade repairs where required

Working safely and efficiently in occupied and void properties

Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:

Proven experience as aPainter & Decorator / Multi Trader

Experience working ondamp & mouldor social housing maintenance

Ability to completebasic electrical repairs(non-qualified level)

Own van and tools– essential
