We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing team delivering infrastructure projects across the Torbay and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially aware professional with a strong electrical background and proven experience managing large-scale M&E schemes from inception through to completion.

The Role

  • Managing electrical packages on infrastructure and medium- large scale construction projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders
  • Overseeing programme delivery, quality control, and compliance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
  • Strong infrastructure and/or major projects background
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and programme management experience
  • Relevant electrical qualifications
  • SMSTS and CSCS preferred
  • Previous NHS or healthcare project experience would be highly advantageous
