Experienced Carpenter Foreman required in Devon to work on social housing maintenance projects, planned works. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry on the tools with a view of progressing into a Supervisory role.
No qualifications required, just a real passion for providing a top service to customers with regards to customer service and trade ability. This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £38,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card.
Foreman Day to Day:- Various planned maintenance work on domestic properties
- Planned works – Schools, maintenance, kitchens and bathrooms etc.
- Mainly carpentry work but including other trades too when required
- Managing a small team of trades
- Progressing your career in construction management
- Travelling to different sites in Devon in the work van
- Good carpentry experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- A keenness to progress your supervisory career
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be required
