We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established contractor carrying out domestic maintenance and repair works on behalf of a housing association across Berwickshire. This is a 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Carrying out domestic joinery repairs and maintenance
  • Working within occupied and void housing properties
  • Completing works to a high standard and within deadlines
  • Representing the contractor professionally when dealing with tenants and clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Joiner
  • Own van and tools essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CSCS card preferred but not essential
