Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison – MOD Project, St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan

15 Week Contract

Day Rate (CIS – Weekly Pay)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade / Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a 15-week MOD windows upgrade project in St Athan. This is a 50/50 split role combining hands-on multi-trade work with resident liaison across occupied properties.

The Role:

  • Carry out general multi-trade / handyman duties
  • Removal & refitting of internal blinds
  • Brickwork and pointing repairs
  • Installing water butts
  • Liaising with residents before and during works
  • Acting as a site presence and point of contact for tenants

Requirements:

  • Strong Multi Trade experience
  • Confident with resident / tenant liaison (RLO)
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and professional on site
