Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Wet Trades Multi Operatives to work for one of our established social housing clients in Hammersmith.

We have opportunities available across both Voids and Reactive Maintenance, working within occupied and vacant social housing properties.

The Role

As a Wet Trades Multi Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works, including:

  • Patch plastering and making good
  • Tiling
  • Painting and decorating
  • General wet trade repairs
  • Basic multi-trade maintenance
  • Completing repairs to a high standard
  • Working within social housing properties

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Wet Trades Multi / Multi Trader
  • Strong experience in patch plastering, tiling and painting
  • Social housing or property maintenance experience is desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Relevant level 2 trade qualification or in date blue CSCS card
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and professional approach to work
