Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Taunton to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of maintenance work. This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday bank holidays. (salary dependent on qualifications and could increase after probation)
Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:
- All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
- Completing a variety of works in various trades: Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
- Able to rip out and refit full kitchens and bathrooms
- Driving a company van safely
- Reporting to your supervisor
- Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease
Multi Trade Operative Requirements:
- Good multi trade experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- NVQ or equivalent in a trade i.e. Carpentry or Plumbing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
