At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced multi-trade operative for a temp to perm role in Salford. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled with a joinery bias. A van and fuel card will be provided.

The Job and duties of the multi-trade operative include:

  • Completing basic repairs and maintenance duties to tenanted and void properties.

Requirements for a Multi-Trader:

  • You will need a Full UK driving license.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector.
  • Be able to provide at least two working references.
