Environment: Housing Maintenance (Military housing contract)
The Company: Large housing provider managing 27,000 homes on the Army defence contract within Portsmouth. This is a job for life as there will always be Army Housing. As you can imagine the tenants are polite, attentive and professional.
The Role: Ideally qualified within Plumbing but not necessary
- Carpentry β Maintenance β Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
- Plumbing β Maintenance β Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
- Wet Trades β Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating
Skills & Experience:
- Preferred β NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry
- Full UK Drivers License
- 2 Years property maintenance experience
- Ability to be self-efficient
