About the Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract will consist of Care Home\’s or social housing properties on a void and responsive basis. Property maintenance works, Carpentry, Wet Trades, Plumbing.

Role Summary

Multi Trade- Carpentry biased or wet trades biased. Receive & complete works via PDA device. Work safely in accordance with H&S. Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
