We are looking for a multi-skilled plasterer to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across South Birmingham.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp or equivalent.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades to a basic standard.
