About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties.
- Install and fit joinery components including locks, handles, hinges, and fittings.
- Repairs such as door replacements, skirting boards or kitchen units.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders within specified timelines.
- Assist with minor plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, replacing taps, and fixing plumbing fixtures.
- Basic patch plastering.
Requirements:
- Time served CSCS Card.
- Previous experience in social housing or similar environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades.
