Multi Skilled Operative Guildford and surrounding area £38,000 per annum + van and fuel card Job role: The role is working on a responsive repairs contract for over 55s supported housing, social housing projects in and around the Guildford area. Multiskilled Requirements: Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience Positive attitude Polite and used to working with customers Competent in all trades maintenance work, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling etc. Time served or qualified in a trade Happy travelling to various jobs DBS check will be carried out before starting Full UK driving license essential (driving license check will be carried out) 23 days holiday + bank holidays This is a really exciting opportunity for a Multiskilled worker to join a new team and be part of a fresh housing contract.
