We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in London. The successful candidate will work across commercial and residential properties, carrying out a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in property maintenance who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance duties across commercial and residential buildings
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repair tasks
Complete minor decorating and painting works
Repair and install fixtures and fittings such as furniture, shelves, and window restrictors
Procure necessary materials and equipment to complete assigned works
Complete job reports and work sheets using our mobile app
Travel to various sites as part of a mobile maintenance role
Requirements:
Proven experience across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs
Minimum 5 years of experience in the building maintenance industry
City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications preferred
Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental practices
Reliable, hardworking, and flexible to work overtime or out-of-hours when required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
Comfortable using handheld devices or mobile apps for reporting
Willingness to complete a company-funded security screening process
