We’re looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join a growing team that is shaping the successful delivery of high-profile projects across London. With major contracts on the horizon — from heritage renewals to a landmark West End portfolio — this is a great opportunity to make your mark.
Working side by side with the Mobilisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the mobilisation process, ensuring new technical FM contracts runs smoothly from day one.
Your role will include:
Coordinating all aspects of mobilisation plans and documentation.
Acting as the link between clients, account management, and operations.
Supporting the rollout of systems such as Concept, Elogbooks and training engineers on MRI Go.
Preparing reports, raising purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers.
Helping ensure statutory compliance and supporting health and safety initiatives.About You

A background in contract support or similar roles within facilities or building services.
