Location: North East, based around Hartlepool

Contract: Temp 5 months, may go to perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: £24 per hour. 45k basic if permanent

About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Mobile Engineer to join our client's FM maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing organisation with plenty of opportunity for progression, carrying out day-to-day Electrical PPM's, reactive duties, and assisting with other trades where possible (Mechanical / HVAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of repairs across the commercial sites around the South West.
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive) including emergency lighting, fault finding, L8 water checks, pat testing, flushing and tap temps.
  • Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard.
  • Use of PDA to log jobs, use of CAFM systems, must be PC literate.
  • Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or City & Guilds L3, 18th edition.
  • Desirable to have L8.
  • Previous experience within commercial FM.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
