We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of kitchen & bathroom refurbishment works, along with SHDF projects.
The role:
- Full responsibility for site management, health & safety, and programme delivery
- Managing trades and subcontractors on occupied refurbishment projects
- Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Gold CSCS card (or above)
- Proven experience in K&B refurbishments and SHDF schemes
- SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
- Full driving licence
- Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) – desirable
- Basic DBS (or willing to obtain)
