Experienced Groundworker required on social housing maintenance works in Melksham for a reliable and well-liked maintenance contractor with an office in Bristol who have lots of work on and is going from strength to strength.
Permanent role starting at around £35,360 per annum holiday and van fuel card (£17ph holiday pay) with scope for an increase in rate after probation. Fortnightly pay. 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm.
Groundworker Day to Day:
- Work in social housing properties
- You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of Groundworks maintenance
- Response and disrepair work
- Patios, fencing, brickwork repairs etc
- Working alongside other trades when required
- Travelling to various jobs in the company van
- Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite
- Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Groundworker Requirements:
- Good Groundworks experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be carried out
