M&E Asset Verification Surveyor, Central London Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced M&E asset surveyor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for asset integrity? We\’re working with a leading FM provider to recruit a commercially minded M&E Asset Verification Surveyor to join their dynamic mobilisation team, based in Central London.

The Role:

You\’ll play a key role in the mobilisation and transition of new sites, supporting around four major dilapidation projects per year – typically running two simultaneously, each spanning around 120 days.

Day-to-day, you\’ll be:

• Verifying and assessing the condition of mechanical and electrical assets
• Running defect analysis and logging faults to the CAFM/logbook systems
• Supporting compliance reporting and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
• Working closely with site teams to gather asset data and ensure smooth mobilisation processes

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven M&E experience, ideally within facilities management, building services or consultancy
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, condition reporting, and compliance standards
• Comfortable working across multiple sites, mainly within Central London
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to surveying and reporting
