We are recruiting for an experienced Work Planner to join a busy Direct Maintenance team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for planning and scheduling reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives are fully utilised and customers receive an efficient, right-first-time service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily repairs for maintenance operatives
- Manage emergency and reactive maintenance appointments
- Monitor operative diaries, availability and productivity
- Liaise with supervisors, operatives and customers
- Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs
- Produce workforce planning and performance information
Qualifications
- Experience in social housing repairs or maintenance scheduling
- Previous work planning or workforce management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using dynamic scheduling systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
