I'm looking to speak with Site Supervisors with experience in housing maintenance works for damp & disrepair and void contracts, to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months around the Salford area.
The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, be able to pass a basic DBS and hold either a SSSTS or IOSH - although the last 2 qualifications are not essential to securing this role.
The rate of pay is £25 per hour (CIS), 40 x hours paid Mon-Fri, with working hours of 8am-4:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.
