I am looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a housing association in Gloucestershire. This is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months.
Daily Responsibilities for the Resident Liaison Officer:
- Correspond with tenants daily to deal with any complaints/enquiries
- Liaise with residents regarding when tradesmen will require to go in and out of the property
- Report back to management regarding anything that requires action
Requirements:
- Experience in the role of RLO/TLO (Required)
- Own vehicle to commute to site daily (Preferred)
- DBS Check
- Experience working within a social housing setting and on Retrofit projects
