Repairs PlannerLocation: Loughton, IG10 Contract: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm We are currently recruiting for an organised and customer-focused Repairs Planner to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing appointments and ensuring works are planned effectively and completed within agreed deadlines and timescales.  The RoleAs a Repairs Planner, you will work closely with residents, clients, operatives and internal teams to ensure the smooth coordination of repair works. You will be responsible for keeping all parties informed throughout the process while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and monitor appointments, visits and job completions. Coordinate repair works and ensure deadlines and timescales are met. Take responsibility for planning, administration and customer liaison for assigned projects. Liaise with residents, clients, operatives and internal teams. Provide regular updates via telephone and email. Log new repair jobs accurately onto internal systems. Arrange Validation Surveys and Post-Inspection Surveys with residents. Respond to client queries regarding property access. Generate and issue correspondence to residents throughout the job process. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries within agreed service levels. Attend client meetings when required. Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the wider team.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience as a Repairs Planner, Planner, Scheduler, Administrator or within a similar coordination role. Experience working within a fast-paced environment. Previous customer-facing experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience using a planning or scheduling system. Experience using Total Mobile or a similar system would be advantageous.This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced and organised individual looking to join a busy and fast-paced team
