We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead external refurbishment and roofing schemes across occupied social housing in North London. This is a temp to perm opportunity with long-term workload and progression for the right person.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of roofing renewals, external repairs, scaffolding, brickwork and associated works
- Oversee subcontractors and in-house labour to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
- Maintain strong communication with residents, RLOs and the client team
- Monitor progress, quality, H&S compliance and ensure works are completed to programme
- Conduct pre- and post-inspection of properties and manage paperwork including RAMS and CPPs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on social housing refurbishment schemes
- Strong background in roofing and external envelope works
- Confident managing occupied properties and resident liaison
- Up-to-date H&S qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS)
- Ability to deliver programmes efficiently and maintain excellent site standards
