Part-Time Planner – Repairs & Maintenance

Location: Brent, London

Hours: 20 hours per week Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–5:00pm

Our agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established repairs contractor for a Part-Time Planner to be based in Brent. This is a great opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience who is looking for consistent afternoon hours within a busy repairs and maintenance environment.

The Role

As a Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of repairs works by ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and resources are used effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and planning reactive and/or planned repair works
  • Liaising with operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors
  • Booking appointments and updating customers where required
  • Managing diaries and allocating work using internal systems
  • Updating job statuses and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the wider planning and operational team

About You

  • Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role (repairs/maintenance experience is highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Comfortable using IT systems and scheduling software
  • Able to work independently during afternoon hours
