Build Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative for a long-term social housing contract covering the Kingston area.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties, working on a variety of trades in occupied homes.
Key Duties
- Carpentry repairs (doors, locks, frames, kitchens)
- Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, traps)
- Patch plastering and minor tiling
- Painting and decorating touch-ups
- General maintenance and repairs
- Identifying additional repair works

Requirements
