A well-established passive fire protection specialist with a huge secured order book is expanding and looking for an experienced Site Installation Manager to deliver multiple large-scale PFP projects (£1–4m). This is a site-based role for an FRA Site Manager managing fire doors and FRA remedial works across live social housing projects — all located in West London, North to South.

The Role for the FRA Site Manager:

  • Manage multiple PFP projects from start to finish
  • Oversee fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation & containment
  • Lead direct labour and subcontractors on live sites
  • Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and quality standards
  • Act as main site contact for clients and internal teams
  • Maintain programme, cost control, and digital site records

About the FRA Site Manager role:

  • Proven Site Manager experience within PFP / fire protection
  • Strong fire door and FRA knowledge
  • Experience delivering projects up to £4m
  • Commercially aware and highly organised
  • Social housing experience preferred
  • Carpentry or hands-on fire door background advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
